Master of Education Degree in Education and Human Resource Studies
The Organizational Performance & Change (OPC) masters program of study is designed for HRD and management professionals who are responsible for optimizing human capital and organizational performance. The course work addresses skill development and understanding related to strategic performance management, and organization change issues and processes.

Degree Experience and Completion
Most students complete the OPC program of study in seven (7) semesters by taking two courses per semester, and completing a capstone case study examination under their advisor's supervision once all coursework has been completed.
All OPC core courses are offered on an alternate year basis. Students are advised to take courses when they are offered and scheduled in their individual program-of-study plans in order to avoid a delay in their graduation.
Admission Guidelines
OPC applicants must have a bachelor's degree with an earned GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred. GRE or GMAT scores are not required for applicants. Related undergraduate degree in a related area is preferred for individuals without 5 years related professional experience.

Policy on Transfer Credits
Frequently students will take some of their elective course work from another university. The advisor must give prior approval to include these courses in the program of study. Up to nine (9) semester credits of graduate course work may be transferred from other universities to partially meet the electives course requirement.
